Fr. James Morrison

Fr. James Morrison was ordained to the priesthood in summer of 2020 and serves Our Lady of Lourdes as his first pastoral assignment.  The journey towards the priesthood formally began immediately after high school as a freshmen at the Catholic University of America and a member of the pioneer class of Saint John Paul II Seminary.  Upon graduation in 2015, Father James continued seminary formation at the Pontifical North American College in Rome where he studied theology and ecclesiology at the Angelicum University.  Father is the eldest of seven children, loves smoothies, and welcomes anyone to a game of Spikeball.
